Bio:

Sébastien has always been interested in everything related to health and sports. Being himself sporting and involved in several disciplines, he takes a parallel course in studying nutrition and physical training. He then studied massage therapy, physiotherapy and ortho therapy at the Academy of Scientific Massage for more than three years. Wishing to broaden his knowledge, he then enrolled in the training of osteopath.

At the beginning of her career, her clientele consists mainly of athletes, including bodybuilders, hockey players, skaters, etc. He then works in a local sports center. He is then approached by one of Cirque du Soleil’s clinics, where he continues to offer his services.

Today, Sébastien continues to perfect his knowledge by taking courses around the world, including A.R.T, M.A.T, Trigenics, Graston and taping proprioceptif, with world-renowned therapists.

He believes a lot in the synergy of treatments and believes that each discipline offers benefits, be it acupuncture, traditional medicine, nutrition, naturotherapy, physiotherapy or chiropractic.
