Bio:

I am originally from the southtowns in Springville, NY. I did my undergraduate work at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and graduated with my Bachelor of Science in physical education and exercise science in 1996. I went to New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in December 1999. I married Kara in 2001 and we have had 3 awesome kids, Alexis, Brandon, and Trevor. We lived and practiced Chiropractic for 15 years in Cleveland, OH. We moved back to the Buffalo area where we currently reside in the Hamburg area and practice Chiropractic and also have a personal training studio in Orchard Park, NY.
