Bio:

Dr. Tashiro graduated in 1964 with a B.A. in languages from the University of California, Riverside. Following two years of active duty in the U.S. Army, including a one-year tour of duty in Vietnam, he designed and taught Seminars in Clinical Nutrition for health care professionals, as well as courses in nutrition, anatomy and physiology for lay audiences. He earned his Masters in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in 1984 and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer West Chiropractic College in 1988. Since graduating, Dr. Tashiro has taken extensive post-graduate training in Functional Neurology, Functional Medicine (nutrition), Applied Kinesiology (movement and joint function) and Energy Medicine.

Dr. Tashiro has lived and practiced in Colorado since 1999. In January, 2005 he founded “Tashiro Wellness Center – A Center for Intentional Healing” in Lakewood, Colorado. From May of 2007 to April of 2017 he was affiliated with HealthSource, a national chiropractic franchise. On May 1, 2017, he launched his practice under the name of Colorado Life-Changing Care. It is a multi-disciplinary facility with the focus on the role of consciousness in health and healing via nutrition, chiropractic, and brain rehabilitation.
