    Dr. David Shreve is a Chiropractic Physician and Board Certified In Chiropractic Acupuncture. He has been treating patients in Knoxville, TN since 1978. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic and his certification in acupuncture from New York Chiropractic College.

    Dr. Shreve incorporates his expertise in combining aspects of acupuncture, neurology, endocrinology and blood chemistry to work with neurological disorders and difficult challenged cases.

    Dr. Shreve assists people in achieving their optimal health by focusing on correcting the imbalances in the physiology of each person. This includes the improvement of organ function with detoxification and supplementation. His evaluation procedures include blood, urine, stool and saliva analysis, and his thorough clinical analysis produces a systematic approach to optimal health.

    Dr. Shreve has undergone numerous hours in post-doctoral studies and also holds certificates in Functional Endocrinology, Functional Blood Chemistry and Neurology.

    He is the owner of Bearden Chiropractic & Acupuncture Clinic in Knoxville. He also lectures and educates others on application and management of functional medicine. Dr. Shreve is a member of the Tennessee Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association. In 1983, Dr. Shreve was elected chiropractor of the year by the Professional Chiropractic Society of America.
